Common problems of winding machine-flatness

Jul 22, 2021

There are several factors that affect the flatness:

1. Equipment problems:

A. The machine runs unstable, with vibration and swaying---------------------------------------- ----Equipment repair and maintenance

B. The winding shaft is not concentric with the main shaft of the machine, and it swings when rotating ---------------------------------Unreasonable installation, The shaft is not done.

C. The outlet mouth is too large, the line can swing freely in a larger range -------------------------------The outlet mouth is not suitable.

D. The size of the spool does not match the hole in the rubber shell, the gap is too large, and the rubber shell shakes when rotating----------tools and materials do not match.

2. Setting and debugging issues:

A. Starting point: Set according to the position of the rubber sleeve on the spool, and then fine-tune it according to the trial winding effect during actual adjustment;

B. Width: Set according to the width of the rubber casing winding groove, and then fine-tune according to the trial winding effect during actual adjustment;

C. Wire diameter: Divide the total width of a section by the total number of turns to be wound to get the rough wire diameter. In actual adjustment, fine-tuning should be made according to the trial winding effect. Section is completed; copper wire rewinding/bundling is generally because the wire diameter or width setting is unreasonable; the size of the head is generally the starting point or the width is inappropriate

D. Tension: The dynamic tension of the winding should be moderate. Too large or too small is not good for the neatness of the cable; when the tension reaches a certain level, increasing the tension does not help much to reduce the volume of the coil, but it will make the rubber shell more deformed. Great, this is especially obvious for single wires with larger diameters!

E. The distance between the outlet nozzle and the rubber shell is too far, and the free swing of the wire due to inertia becomes larger, and the control of the cable is weakened; the distance between the outlet nozzle and the rubber shell should be treated differently: when the wire diameter is larger, the line will be slightly farther Arrange more neatly.

F. The lead frame is loose and shakes left and right with the swing of the wire.

3. Use problem: the rubber shell is not inserted in place or moved during winding
