In order to adapt to the processing technology of the coil, the automatic winding machine needs to be equipped with the function of spindle speed regulation. Winding devices are handled differently and configured differently. The types of spindle motors we are familiar with include AC motors, DC motors and servo drives. These three motors, the speed regulation methods used by these motors have their own characteristics.


1. Speed regulation mode of AC motor: This motor itself has no speed regulation function. It is necessary to use an electromagnetic speed control device or increase the frequency converter to realize the speed control function. In winding equipment, frequency converters are more common. In the speed regulation mode, the inverter is controlled by the control system of the winding equipment, so that the motor has the function of speed regulation, and this method also has a certain energy saving effect.


2. Speed regulation method of DC motor: DC motor needs to convert the provided electric energy into DC power to drive the motor to run, so the DC motor is equipped with a DC speed control board or a brushless driver to drive and control the motor, due to the small size of the motor. Widely used in winding equipment.


3. Speed regulation mode of servo drive motor: It belongs to precision moving parts and is suitable for high-precision winding equipment. Used in conjunction with a dedicated driver to achieve closed-loop operation control. The advantages of this type of motor are constant torque and closed loop operation. Meet the processing requirements of high-precision coils.
