   It is composed of a main coil, a secondary wire coil, a magnetic core, a switching transistor and other auxiliary components. The main coil is charged by the battery, the secondary wire coil is ignited by a spark plug, and the triode is responsible for switching. The charging time is controlled by battery voltage and engine speed to ensure the same energy every time. There are two types of ignition coils: 3-wire and 4-wire. 3 wires are power supply positive, negative, switch control (ECU command), 4 wires are equipped with ignition detection wire, which can detect whether the spark plug is ignited (whether the secondary wire coil has discharge current).


   To put it simply, the automobile ignition coil winding machine is a transformer, which boosts the voltage of tens of volts to tens of thousands of volts, but the voltage input to the primary coil is provided by the electronic igniter.

3. If the car ignition coil winding machine always burns out, it will burn out soon after replacement. What are the reasons? The following summarizes some:


   1). Let's look at the generator problem first. If the power generation is too high and the load is too heavy, the ignition coil is easily burned out. However, if the power generation is too high, it will often damage the body electrical appliances such as light bulbs; of course, the quality of the accessories is not ruled out, so the power generation should be measured first.


   2). If the spark plug gap is too large, adjust the gap or replace the spark plug;


  3). The quality of gasoline is not good, try to change to high-quality gasoline;


   4). If the cylinder compression ratio is wrong, adjust the compression ratio;


   5). If there is a program failure on the computer board, you can go to the repair shop to check the car with the computer and clear the error message. If it doesn't work, there may be a problem with your car's transmission.

7. The power supply voltage is unstable;

When the voltage changes within the specified range, the transformer will not be burned out. Usually burning the transformer will only cause this situation when the transformer is overloaded.
