Toroidal Coil Winding Machine: What is a Toroidal Coil?
The shape of the coil usually refers to the loop shape of the coil. Common coil applications include: motors, inductors, transformers, and loop antennas. The coils in the circuit are the inductors. These wires are wound one by one and insulated from each other. The insulating tube can be hollow, iron core or magnetic powder and is called an inductor. Inductance can be divided into fixed inductance and variable inductance, fixed inductance coil referred to as inductance or coil.
Classification of coils:
According to the form of inductance: fixed inductance, variable inductance.
Classified by magnetic properties: air core coil, ferrite coil, iron core coil, copper core coil.
Classified according to the nature of work: antenna coil, oscillator coil, choke coil, trap coil, deflection coil.
According to the winding structure classification: single-layer winding, multi-layer winding, honeycomb winding.
