Err-0: The data in the data memory is lost. This fault code reminds the user that the winding data stored in the winding machine controller is lost. The cause of this fault is generally that the equipment has been idle for a long time, causing the internal power supply in the controller. It is caused by insufficient power supply; the solution can be to power on the device and turn on the controller power to keep the device in a charging state, and reset the internal winding parameters of the device.
Err-1: The setting value of the starting point is greater than the limit value of the winding rod. This fault code indicates that the position setting value of the starting point of the winding machine exceeds the maximum stroke of the equipment winding rod. This fault is a parameter setting error , Only need to modify the winding process and reset the parameters to exclude it.
Err-2: During winding, the forward position of the arranging rod exceeds the limit position. This fault code indicates that the position of the arranging rod of the winding machine exceeds the maximum arranging stroke when the position of the arranging rod is displaced. The fault is generally caused by a stepping motor If the communication with the controller is abnormal, the handling method can be manually reset the cable rod and re-equip the wide data in the winding parameters.
Err-3: When winding, the retracting position of the arranging rod exceeds the zero point. This fault code indicates that the position of the arranging rod of the winding machine has exceeded the zero point value of the arranging rod. If the detection position is unreasonably adjusted, the processing method is to first check whether the zero point sensor is working normally, and if it is normal, adjust the detection position for correction.
Err-P: Password protection. This fault code indicates that the winding machine controller is set to password protection. You need to enter the correct 4-digit password to unlock it. After unlocking, you can modify the parameters of the winding machine.
