What is the working principle of the coil turns tester?
A standard coil with an adjustable number of turns is connected in series with the coil under test, and the combined magnetic pressure generated by them is detected by a third coil.
Adjust the number of turns of the standard coil to make the combined magnetic voltage equal to zero, then the number of turns of the tested coil is equal to the standard coil.
When measuring a short circuit, insert the measured coil into one side of the measuring core.
If there is a short circuit, the original magnetic circuit balance will be destroyed, and the more short-circuit turns, the greater the current generated by the loop and the greater the pointer deflection.
