2. After the power-on heating machine is turned on, it needs to do the heating-machine operation, but the winding machine enters the normal power-on and ventilation state, and the next step is performed after each part is running normally.
3. Set the parameters, find the corresponding material specifications and models according to the most recently set parameters, and set the corresponding parameters in the winding machine.
4. Debugging; After setting the parameters, debugging must be carried out to ensure the coordinated operation of various parameters and components of the winding machine, and the quality of the produced products meets the standard.
5. Small batch production, if it is a new transformer model before, it is necessary to carry out small batch trial production to ensure that there are no major problems.
6. Formal production, if there is no small batch, then a large batch will be put into production. At the beginning, the engineering and technical personnel must be on duty to ensure that the operator operates well before operation!
