Install the mold, baffle, frame plate and tighten it with a wrench. Wrap the skeleton plate 3 times with the same length of insulating film paper as the die. Secure it with scotch tape. The wire end should pass through the baffle, and the length of the wire end should be reserved as required. Insulated catheters should be worn according to wire gauge. The catheter must pass through the baffle and be able to wrap more than half a turn on the winding die to ensure that the catheter does not slip out of the coil. The length of the catheter outside the baffle should not be less than 60mm.
The coils with taps should be tapped according to the requirements of the drawing sequence. In order to arrange the taps, especially the number of turns should be accurate. The catheter connects the two wires of the faucet together and goes directly to the root of the faucet. The baffle plate should have a pipe diameter of 60mm, and the wire pipe length should be reserved as required. In order to ensure that no inter-turn short circuit is caused at the broken wire, two layers of glass ribbon or polyester insulation film should be wrapped at the broken wire.
If the drawing requires replacing the wire gauge at the tap position, the larger wire gauge out of the tap should be longer than the smaller wire gauge, and the size of the wire gauge should be consistent with the drawing. If there is a connector in the winding process, it should be used as an external connection within 8mm and cut at 80mm outside the baffle.
The ventilation strip should be padded on the four corners of the coil. Pad the ventilation strip and wrap it around a few times, then strike each side of each of the four corners of the coil with a wooden hammer so that the ventilation strip does not slip, and continue wrapping the wire. When winding the secondary coil (coupling coil), the primary wire should be wound first, then the primary wire should be leveled after winding, and then the polyester insulation film should be wrapped in three and a half layers, and the joint should be pasted with transparent tape. The ventilation strip should be used to pad the secondary wire around the primary wire to make the electrical isolation between the primary wire and the secondary wire.
