The regular maintenance of winding machine equipment mainly includes the following points:
①Clean and wipe the winding machine. Remove dust and sludge from the outside of the winding machine base in time.
②Check the wiring terminals of the winding machine. Check the junction box wiring screws for looseness and burns.
③ Check the screws of each fixed part, including anchor screws, end cap screws, bearing cap screws, etc.
④ Check the transmission. Check whether the pulley or coupling is broken or damaged, whether the installation is firm; whether the belt and its coupling buckle are in good condition.
⑤Starting equipment of the winding machine, check whether there are burn marks in each wiring part, and whether the grounding wire is in good condition.
⑥ Bearing inspection and maintenance. Bearings should be cleaned and replaced with grease or lubricating oil after a period of use. The time of cleaning and oil change is generally every 3-6 months of work, it should be cleaned once and the grease should be changed again. When the oil temperature is high, or the winding machine with poor environmental conditions and a lot of dust should be cleaned and changed frequently.
⑦Insulation inspection. The insulating ability of insulating materials varies depending on the degree of drying, so it is very important to keep the motor windings dry.
⑧In addition to the regular maintenance of the winding machine according to the above items, it should be overhauled after one year of operation. Find problems and deal with them in time. Generally speaking, as long as it is used correctly, maintained properly, and the fault is dealt with in time, the working life of the winding machine is very long.
