Winding process and matters needing attention of toroid transformer winding machine

1. Winding system
There are two winding methods on the production line: semi-automatic winding machine and automatic winding machine. Semi-automatic winding machine is usually operated by two people, and the enameled wire is wound on the insulating ring core one by one. In order to make the winding neat, the embedded groove on the iron core is clamped on the plastic film before the winding. The advantage of semi-automatic winding machine is that it can manually adapt to different diameters of enameled wire, the disadvantage is that the wire package loose, slightly larger volume.
The working process of the toroid winding machine is that there is a storage wheel (also known as the ring shuttle) with a split pin on the winding machine. Remove the cotter pin and insert the core through the opening and align it with the inner ring of the core with the storage wheel in the center. Close the cotter pin on the circumference of the storage wheel, store a certain number of wires on the storage wheel, and then wrap the iron core with the stored wires. At the same time, the driving mechanism drives the magnetic core to rotate slowly, so that the enameled wire is evenly wound on the magnetic core. In the process of wire storage and winding, the wire storage wheel always runs at high speed through the inner toroid of the iron core. After winding, remove the remaining wire from the storage wheel and open the cotter pin,
Because of the different dimensions of the storage wheel groove and other factors, the diameter of the enameled wire that can be wound by the winding machine is usually specified within a certain range.
2. Insulation bundling
Core insulation - The inner and outer sides of the core are surrounded by insulating paper strips of the same height as the core and overlapped with a circle of insulating paper of the same shape as the end face but slightly larger at both ends. The insulating paper tape should be correct, and the narrow strip of insulating tape should be wound end to end on the iron core. According to the insulation level of different products, the material and thickness of the adhesive material may vary.
Primary layer to layer insulation: The winding method is the same as core wire insulation, but the difference is that the insulation requirements are higher and the number or thickness of material is increased. 220V power isolating transformer, the primary winding insulation layer is not less than 3 layers.
