How to solve fully automatic winding machine wire stuck problem?
First, turn on the air supply. Click "Enter background" - "Adjustment" - "Side Slider Stop Cylinder".
After the cylinder is pushed out, push the side slider to the bottom.
After closing the air valve, turn off the main air supply.
Return to the homepage. Click "Enter background" - "Fibering Step Adjustment and Settings" - "Fibering Step Wire Hanging Position" - "Positioning".

Then refer to the video to check the side slider position.
Allow the guide needle to slowly lower along the tail of the side slider.
If it does not make contact, adjust the position. Refer to the video to loosen the screws and adjust.
After confirming the position, tighten the screws and check again.
After adjustment, turn on the main air supply.
On the controller, click "Forward" under "Step Length" to move the guide needle closer to the left of the wire storage ring.
Check the "Fibering Step Position" value and enter it into the "Fibering Step Wire Storage Position".

Then begin adjusting the gripper. Click "Enter background". Close the "Gripper Cylinder" position.
Click "Forward" under "Step Length" to bring the guide pin closer to the gripper, as close as possible but without touching it.
Check the "Wire Spray Step Position" value and enter it into the "Wire Spray Step Feed Position" setting.
Enter 9100 into the "Wire Spray Step Wire Stuck Position" setting.
Note that the guide pin should be positioned in the center of the gripper. Please refer to the detailed instructions at the end of the video.
