1. Connection of the Winder Machine: Before the thread is almost used up, tie the new thread to the old thread, pull it over the guide pin by hand, and start.
2. In the automatic working state, the body of the personnel shall not be placed in the area between the skeleton material chute and the feeding tooling, otherwise there will be a danger of manual clamping.
3. Before starting the machine, make sure that the porcelain eye and the anti-jump pass, and the tensioner flywheel must pass the wire once. The wire can be easily clamped manually by turning on the unload switch. It must be closed before starting, otherwise the clip will not be secure.
4. In case of power failure or emergency stop, reset, re-clamp and restart.
5. Please confirm that the power supply and compressed air are in place, and can only be started after the manual state is reset.Reducing the occurrence of machine failures can improve production efficiency.
