1. Check before starting, power on, check the winding machine before starting to ensure that no major problems are found, and do a good job of 5s.
2. After the power-on heating machine is turned on, the heating-up machine operation needs to be done, but the winding machine enters the normal power-on and ventilation state, and the next step is performed after the normal operation of each part.
3. Set the parameters, find the corresponding material specifications and models according to the most recently set parameters, and set the corresponding parameters in the winding machine.
4. Debugging; after setting the parameters, it does not mean that it can be produced directly; debugging must also be carried out to ensure the coordinated operation of various parameters and components of the winding machine, and the quality of the produced products meets the standard.
5. Small batch production, if it is a transformer model that has not been produced before, it is necessary to carry out small batch trial production to ensure that there are no major problems.
6. Formal production, if there is no small batch, then a large batch will be put into production. At the beginning, the engineering and technical personnel must be on duty to ensure that the operator operates well before operation!
