Semi-automatic:


It is the most widely used winding machine in China, which can only realize automatic winding, and all remaining operations need to be completed by the operator. Usually the number of shafts is small to match the operating time of the operator, and it is convenient to change different molds to produce different products.


Advantages: The price is cheap, some processes that cannot be completed by machinery can be completed manually, and the deviation of the equipment can be adjusted and compensated by the operator, and it is convenient to replace the product.


Disadvantages: There are more labors to be equipped, and employees need certain training, which is limited by the operating proficiency of the operators.

It is suitable for low-cost production, new product production, and various types of small batch production.
