(1) The main control and display equipment such as touch screen should be placed in the best area of the operator's line of sight;
(2) Buttons or knobs with different functions should be distinguished by different colors;
(3) The emergency stop button should be installed in the best position of the operator's action, and its color and shape should be more prominent than other devices.
2. Design and layout principles of the control cabinet of the ring winding machine
(1) Parts with severe heat generation should be installed on the top of the electrical cabinet with a large spacing, and cooling fans should be installed nearby;
(2) The bottom of the control cabinet should be equipped with parts with slight heat generation but with heavier weight;
(3) The controller must not be installed under vulnerable equipment such as contactors and fuses;
(4) The power line and control line should be kept away from each other to avoid electromagnetic interference. The common terminals of digital and analog quantities should be arranged separately;
(5) When designing wiring diagrams, wire numbers should be allocated and used reasonably. At the same time, the wire with the corresponding cross-sectional area should be selected according to the rated current, and the color of the wire should be selected according to the function of the wire;
(6) The enclosure of the control cabinet should be grounded reliably to ensure the safety of personnel and winding machines.
3. Wiring precautions
Ensure that the wiring is reliable and avoid poor contact; pay special attention to the wiring of the power input and output terminals of the inverter and servo drive. Do not reverse, otherwise it will burn out the inverter and servo drive of the automatic winding machine.
