1. Spindle bearing mechanism of winding machine

The winding machine is driven by a three-phase communication AC asynchronous motor to drive the synchronous belt and the rotating shaft to rotate. Doing this ensures that the rotation of the spindle bearings on both sides of the winding is uniform and synchronized. According to the production and processing, the installation precision is improved, so as to ensure the quality of wire grinding tools and winding.

2. Tension mechanism

When winding tiny wire covered wires and precious metal aluminum alloy thin strips, because the cable diameter is small, if the tension is large, the wire will be broken or the wire will become longer, and the resistance measurement of the coil will be enlarged; if the tension is small, it will appear. Random wiring conditions reduce winding quality. Because the construction pay-off tensioner of the machine is fixed on the ball screw rod, the felt clamping method is used to control the tension. In the specific processing process, the tension equipment can be upgraded in the key processing stage to control the size of the tension, to ensure that the wiring is neat, no overlap, and no looseness. After delicate adjustments, it can thoroughly consider the requirements of different cable diameters. .

3. Cable arrangement

Because the flexible connection method is selected between the ball screw and the stepping motor shaft, the requirements for the precise positioning surface of the stepping motor frame and the installation requirements of the ball screw and the guiding member are relatively reduced. In order to meet the requirements of the design plan, the composite wiring method was selected to purposefully improve the wiring mechanism. The speed control of the arranging mechanism is important to control the quality of the winding coil.

In the design scheme, it is possible to control the coordination of the speed and time of the asynchronous motor during speed adjustment according to the software, so that it is not easy to cause conditions such as overlap or looseness.
