Winding machine setting precautions Calibrating the width of the object to be wound and the starting point are the first priority and the most important. When the start winding point is correct, start winding, stop at both ends to test whether the set width is correct.
When starting the winding, no matter whether it is complete or not, the starting point is too forward or too backward (there is no vertical phenomenon between the outlet and the object to be wound). The cable is too sparse or too dense (the wire diameter is not set correctly). Both ends turn too fast or too slow (incorrect width setting: too fast = not enough width, too slow = too wide). Whether the cable is getting faster or slower with the coupling (and then fine-tune the size of the wire diameter: faster = smaller, slower = larger). Pay attention to the coupling of the cables after winding several layers. The wound object is deformed by winding multiple layers. The wire diameter indicated by the enameled wire is the actual wire diameter, so the thickness of the enameled coating must be added when setting the wire diameter to be correct. After the winding is completed, whether the cable arrangement is reset (displaced) or not also affects. To sparsely wind the cable, it is best to move the starting point forward and reduce the width a little. Tabbed winding can generally be overcome in the setting method.
