Coating
The key to the coating (system) processing technology is the coating method. There are hundreds of different coating methods used in various fields, indicating that each coating method has its own scope of application, and only the best coating method can be selected according to the characteristics of various products. (Therefore, claiming that a device can do any product is irresponsible and even deceptive.)
Coating classification
Coating methods are divided according to the type of control coating amount, usually divided into 4 types:
1. Self-metering coating, such as dip coating and forward and reverse roll coating.
2. Metering modification coating, such as doctor blade, air knife and metering roller coating.
3. Predicted amount coating, such as slit coating, gradient coating and curtain coating.
4. Mixed coating, that is, mixed use of various coating methods.
