Generally, the distance between the wire diameter is stepped. Coils below 0.1mm are very difficult, and there are often random winding phenomena. The new plan adopts two methods to combine the two methods, take advantage of the length and shortcomings, mainly forced wires, supplemented by free wires, and the distance between gemstones and coil skeletons is wide. The control system is based on this distance and set winding parameters. Calculate the actual wire parameters, and then modify them according to the actual debugging data. Because the control system has the power loss protection function, the coil of each specification can actually be determined quickly and save the ideal winding parameter.

1. Self-stick wires, lacquer cotton wires, etc. The set diameter is a bit larger than other wires because their skin is usually not too smooth and there is no inertia.
2. The fine wire wound speed cannot be too slow, but it must be started from slowly to avoid suddenly increasing the speed and causing the wire to break.
Secondly, the shape of the coils is quite related to the height of the row frame and the distance between the wires.
1. The speed of the square coil should not be too fast, otherwise there will be unevenness in the middle, which will affect the neatness and beauty of the wires.
2. The height of the coils and rowers should be appropriate. Too high or too low is not conducive to the wires.
