Judgment and Treatment of Abnormal Sound of Winding Machine

There is no noise during normal operation of the winding machine, and the larger winding machine only has a uniform "humming" sound and the whistling sound of the fan. If you hear abnormal noises, low roars, etc. during operation, it indicates that the winding machine is malfunctioning and should be shut down for maintenance immediately.
When the foundation of the winding machine is not firm or fixed, severe vibration will occur; the rotor parts are loose, such as the weight screw on the fan blade in the cage rotor, or the rotor shaft is loose, which will cause the winding machine to make a knocking sound. When the shaft is bent or the bearing is worn, the winding machine will also produce vibration and uneven friction sound. The bearing lubricating oil is insufficient, and there is a "hiss, hiss" sound in the bearing room of the winding machine. The steel ball in the bearing is damaged, and there is a "grunt" sound during operation. In addition, electrical faults can also cause vibration and abnormal noise of the winding machine, such as excessive current and obvious imbalance of the three-phase current, especially when the three-phase winding machine is in a single phase, the winding roar will occur. When the rotor is broken, the winding machine's torque will decrease, the load current will be unstable, there will be a "buzzing" sound from time to time, and the machine body will vibrate.
