Several winding methods of brushless motors.

1.Flying fork winding, this winding method is often used for motor stators with outward notches, such as model aircraft motors, balance car motors, scooter motors, new energy vehicle motors, resolvers, fan stators, and torsion car motors , Cooling fan stator, plant protection machine, all kinds of outer wound stator, etc. After the parameters are set, the copper wire is wound through the high-speed rotation of the flying fork, and the guard plate plays an auxiliary role. Slot wiring is precise.
2. Needle winding, this winding method is often used for motor stators with inward slots, such as power tools, water pumps, stepper motors, vacuum cleaner motors, gates, hoists, etc. After the parameters are set, the tungsten steel wire nozzle moves with the wire, and the guide needle moves up and down and back and forth to achieve precise wire arrangement and winding work.
The two winding methods have their own advantages, and each has its own scope of application. There are general models, and non-standard customizations are also available.
