INTERNAL PARAMETERS：

 

1. Push down "EXIT" and "8" key together (The action could be divided as follows: Push down "EXIT" and hold it and then push down "8" key. Afterwards, release "EXIT" first and then release "8" key). The following interface will be displayed. Push "arrow" key to select the desired item and then push "The number keys" key for revision.

KN-P: 330 LIMI:9999

• KN-P:330 is the intersecting dimension between the up-and-down movements of two knives. The bigger the value is, the more intersecting will be. For Model 907series, the normal value is 300-340.
• LIMI：9999 is the limited number of uses. If it is 0010, that means any further use is prohibited after the unit is turned on and off 10 times. However, 9999 means the number of uses is unlimited.

 

3. Push "select" key to turn the pages up to the page "program options" which is used to tick the selected program function. Push "function" key to select or mask the ABCDEFG striping functions following the program.

• Then push "SELECT" key up to the interface of "speed add set":SP-A is wire feeding speed; SP-B is wire stripping speed; SP-C is the knife cutting speed; and SP-D is knife return back speed. "0" is the slowest speed while "9" is the fastest speed.

 

• SP-A:06 Walking the line speed SP-B:06 Stripping speed
• SP-C:06 Cutting speed SP-C:06 Retraction speed
• The higher the number, the faster the. Press the Stop button to save

 

4. Push down "EXIT" and "STOP" key together (The action could be divided as follows: Push down "EXIT" and hold it and then push down "STOP" key. Afterwards, release "EXIT" first and then release "STOP" key). The following interface will be displayed. Push "arrow" key to select the desired item and then push "The number keys" key for revision.

 

STEPSIZE:1490 is the coordination step between the wheel and the motor. The bigger the value is, the shorter the wire will be while the smaller the value is, the longer the wire will be. The normal value is1490.( Press the Stop button to save)

 

5. Press F2 to change the speed

 

• CUT SPEED: Cutting speed
• SKIN SPEED: Stripping speed
• The higher the number, the faster the. Press the Stop button to save
