Description
Product Overview
The GWX-01TP is a semi-automatic taping and packing machine developed for surface-mount electronic components. It is compatible with HAA heat-seal cover tape and PSA self-adhesive cover tape. The control system is built around a PLC, with automatic temperature control to keep sealing temperature stable. Mechanical gear counting and the counting module communicate with the carrier tape in real time, while stepper-motor speed regulation supports stable operation. The system can record the quantity per reel and total output for each production shift. With a universal vision inspection system, it can detect common appearance issues. Full touch-screen control and coordinated software make the machine simple to operate and precise for taping applications.
