Machine Features

1. Both winding head and tape wrapping head support electric forward/backward movement and height adjustment. Easy for operators to

load iron cores or semi-finished coils by crane.

2.Equipped with electric core clamping function. The clamping turntable adopts nylon support structure to avoid damage to coils.

3.Three working modes available: Winding + Tape Wrapping Synchronous Mode, Independent Winding Mode, Independent Tape Wrapping Mode. The machine can perform coil winding and insulation wrapping simultaneously, or switch to separate insulation taping / separate winding operation.

4. Under synchronous mode, the tape wrapping head can automatically track winding speed during operation. The winding station and wrapping station work independently without mutual interference, simple to operate.

5. The wire storage ring of the winding machine is fitted with automatic wire guides. It supports automatic wire arranging during wire storage, and allows simultaneous winding with multiple wires of different diameters.

6.Two active wire arrangers (core rotating driving structure) adopt electric swing arm clamping structure, equipped with an extra manual

forward/backward adjusting unit and automatic elastic tensioner.

Additional Description of Tape Wrapping Unit

The tape wrapping machine adopts double spool tape feeding design.

Advantages: No pre-winding required, more wrapping turns per loading, no waste of raw materials. For insulation taping process, the whole roll of insulating material can be directly installed on the machine material tray
