4.Main Function Description

4.1 Machine Body & Frame Components

(1) The equipment base plate is made of 16mm steel plate with widened design. Reinforcing beams are adopted to support all stress-bearing areas, and anchor bolt fixing holes are reserved on the base frame.

(2) The machine housing is fabricated from 2mm cold-rolled steel sheet. All welding joints are firm enough to withstand the maximum load of the machine; the surface is polished flat without bumps or pits.

(3) One side of the mold fixing plate is equipped with T-slots and the other side with through slots,compatible with various types of winding jigs for installation.

4.2 Electrical Control System

(1) The machine is controlled by a dedicated winding machine controller, which can display 0–9999.9 revolutions. It supports settings of winding turns, speed adjustment,winding group parameters, slow start and slow stop, as well as alarm functions for fault points and operation errors.

(2) The spindle is equipped with a belt-type reduction mechanism with spindle self-locking function. The rotation speed ranges from 5 to 160 rpm and is regulated via a frequency converter. It can maintain full output torque under low frequency without insufficient driving force. The transmission ratio is reasonably configured. The spindle sensor real-time monitors spindle torque and speed, with inertia pre-control function to guarantee accurate stopping position.

4.3 Accessories & General Requirements

(1) The overall machine structure is robust with reasonably arranged components. All spare parts will not interfere with normal operation during use. (2) The housing surface is finished by painting; all exposed mechanical operating parts are blackened. The painted surface is smooth and flat without missing spray,scratches or other coating defects.
