Machine Features

1. The winding head is equipped with a wire storage ring of 440 mm outer diameter. It adopts an open full-tooth large gear ring transmission structure. The gear ring opens and closes quickly and stably, featuring low operating noise and long service life.

2. The wire arranger (driving wheel) adopts a set of two manual rocker arm structures, plus an additional front manual forward/backward adjusting structure (driven wheel). Adjustment is convenient and fast with strong load-bearing capacity.

3. The main shaft driving system consists of high-power high-precision servo motors with powerful torque. The detected winding turns can be accurate to 0.1 turn. It supports reverse turn reduction upon machine stop to guarantee precise total winding turns.

4. The electric control system adopts PLC together with a 7-inch full Chinese touch screen HMI (Kinco brand).

5.Winding speed: stepless speed regulation from 0–130 rpm; supports automatic operation or manual speed adjustment.

APPLICATION:

A high speed automatic coil taping machine for application of insulation tape to wound coils. it is best suited to toroidal inductor, toroidal transformer, toroidal current transformer, toroidal coil, toroid choke coil, power inductors, power magnetics, UPS inductor, converter inductors, heavy toroidal core,etc.

The coil is placed by an operator on a rotating spindle, and the machine automatically applies the required number of turns of insulation tape, secures the end of the tape with a wiping action, and ejects the coil from the machine.

It's an accurately and reliability digital automatic toroid-taping machine. it is used for wraping the insulation tape on the toroidal core and windings.

Automatic Toroid Transformer Coil Taping Machine is designed to operate with a wide variety of insulation tapes, including Kapton, Polyester, PEN, PVC, PPS, and most other woven and non-woven types.
