Features:

 

1. The winding head is equipped with a 360 mm outer diameter wire storage ring. It adopts an open-type full-gear large ring gear transmission structure; the gear ring opens and closes quickly and stably, with low operating noise and long service life.

 

2. The traverse unit (drive wheel) features a two-group manual rocker arm structure, plus one set of hand-crank forward and backward adjustment structure (driven wheel) at the front. It enables fast and convenient adjustment with strong load-bearing capacity.

 

3. The main shaft drive system is equipped with a high-power and high-precision servo motor. It delivers powerful torque, with winding turn induction accurate to 0.1 turns. It is also designed with a function to reduce reverse rotation turns accordingly during shutdown, ensuring absolute accuracy of the final winding turns.

 

4. The electric control system adopts PLC combined with a 7-inch full Chinese touch screen HMI (Human-Machine Interface).

5. Winding speed: stepless speed regulation from 0 to 130 RPM. It supports automatic operation, manual speed adjustment, and foot pedal control operation.

 

6. The main base surface is treated with high-temperature baking paint, and the front is covered with stainless steel plates. The head plate, traverse rocker arm plate and other components adopt chrome electroplating process. The wire storage ring, gear ring and major gear parts are made of high-strength forged steel. The equipment is durable and remains neat and aesthetic after long-term operation.

 

7. A pneumatic brake is available as an optional accessory (air source to be provided by the user). Equipped with a pressure gauge, it realizes digital tension adjustment, improving winding quality and operation stability.
