Core Functional Features:

 

1.Both the winding head and tape wrapping head are equipped with electric forward/backward and lifting functions, which facilitates crane hoisting operations for iron cores and semi-finished coil products.

 

2.Built-in electric iron core clamping function. The clamping tray adopts a nylon material supporting structure, which will not damage the coils during clamping.

 

3.The machine is equipped with 3 working modes: integrated winding & tape wrapping linkage, independent single winding, and independent single tape wrapping. It can complete wire winding and insulation wrapping simultaneously, or switch to separate iron core insulation wrapping mode or separate wire winding mode only.

 

4.Under linkage working mode, the film wrapping head can automatically and accurately track the winding speed to perform synchronous film wrapping operation. It works independently without interfering with the winding head, and features simple & user-friendly operation.

 

5.The wire storage ring is fitted with an automatic wire guiding device, which realizes automatic tracking and neat arrangement during wire storage. It supports simultaneous winding of wires with multiple diameters and diversified specifications.

 

6.The two sets of active wire arrangers (iron core rotation driving structure) adopt an electric swing arm clamping structure, together with a front manual telescopic adjustment mechanism (equipped with an automatic elastic tensioner).
