SOFTWARE FUNCTION:

 

◆ Input of skeleton basic parameters. Winding point, width of row, spacing of row, number of winding, starting slow train, stopping slow train, spindle positioning, spindle low speed, spindle high speed, spindle direction, row direction, layer stop.

◆ Spindle climbing time setting, special winding function selection (as shown below).

 

 

◆ The position of wire rack can be adjusted manually in the winding process to realize fine tuning. This function needs to be customized by users.

◆ The system has 1450 segments of data storage space, and can store up to 999 skeleton parameters. Debug good skeleton parameters can be permanently stored, replace the product,only need to replace the corresponding fixture, select the corresponding skeleton parameters.

◆ When winding suddenly power off, the system saves the final winding state, after powering on again, press the start button to continue winding the unfinished coil.

◆ Special functions can be customized software.
