Description
The GW-984B stranding machine is an auxiliary stranding machine for front-side four-axis to six-axis automatic winding machines, offering the following advantages:
1. Numeric keypad navigation operation, one-handed setting, simple and easy to understand, four- to six-axis options available.
2. High-precision wire arrangement, high-speed winding, and highly efficient automatic stranding function.
3. The four-axis and six-axis winding machines use FLASH ROM to store stranding data. Each stranding data is individually named, allowing for easy recall of any data type for stranding. Data is not lost after power failure, and the stranding length is adjustable.
4. The stranding shaft, wire feeding shaft, and (wire hanging shaft) offer 0-99 speed selections, with production settings related to machine configuration.
5. The stranding machine can be purchased separately with a controller.
6. Automatic fault diagnosis function; if errors occur during parameter settings or operation, it automatically prompts misalignment information, saving labor costs.

Product Features:
1. Maximum spindle speed: 10000 rpm.
2. Automatic tension control: During stranding, the take-up tension needs to continuously increase as the wire is taken from the bottom of the reel to the full reel. This machine can automatically track and adjust the take-up tension, ensuring uniform tension across the entire reel. The machine can also adjust tension without stopping.
3. The main unit is oil-lubricated with natural circulation cooling, effectively extending the lifespan of the spindle bearings.
The wire guiding system adopts a new structure, with the conductor passing directly from the spindle guide wheel to the bow belt, eliminating scratches and strand skipping caused by malfunctions of the corner guide wheels on the aluminum reel.
4. The machine has three internal clamping devices to ensure the roundness of the conductor after stranding and reduce insulation material loss.
5. The entire machine uses synchronous belt drive, with no internal lubrication points, maintaining cleanliness inside the machine and preventing oil contamination of the stranded wire. It is suitable for stranding conductors of various types with high surface cleanliness requirements.
6. Adjusting the pitch only requires replacing one take-up pulley, and adjusting the direction only requires turning the reversing lever, making operation simple and reducing operator error rate and workload. All bearings in the machine are from well-known Japanese brands, and the bolt is made of a new material with good flexibility, preventing bolt jumps caused by vibration during high-speed operation. The frequency converter, PLC, magnetic powder clutch, electromagnetic brake, hydraulic jack, etc., all use imported well-known brands, reducing failure rate and maintenance costs.
