After fixing the position of the vacuum pump, add oil and power it on for use:

 

Please use # 100 vacuum pump oil under normal conditions

Refueling amount (at 3/4 of the fuel sight glass)

Please confirm the forward and reverse rotation of the motor when powered on (the selection of the fan blades and the direction of the arrow are consistent for forward rotation)

 

Please check the oil level and quality daily, and regularly maintain and replace vulnerable parts

1. It is recommended to replace the vacuum pump oil after 100 hours of operation (if the oil is contaminated, it needs to be changed more frequently). It is recommended to replace the oil when the vacuum pump is hot after operation (at this time, the oil flow is better). Please first drain all the old oil and then add new oil to the highest mark on the oil sight glass.

2. Please pay attention to the color and fluidity of the oil. If the color has changed or the viscosity is high (such as pumping in immersion solution), please drain the oil from the pump and add diesel mixed vacuum pump oil (1:1) to the vacuum pump. Close the suction port and run the pump for at least half an hour before draining the mixed oil. Replace the oil pollution filter and add vacuum pump oil for normal use. If the pump is particularly dirty, the above steps can be repeated several times. If the immersed liquid drawn in is not cleaned in a timely manner and has solidified, resulting in adhesion of vacuum pump components and blockage of the oil circuit (manifested as abnormal noise, difficulty or inability to start the vacuum pump), please contact the supplier for disassembly and repair.

3. Please check the exhaust filter and intake filter cartridge regularly. It is recommended to replace the vacuum pump after running for 300-500 hours. If there is oil leakage or smoke from the exhaust port, please immediately open the exhaust cover, clean the accumulated oil at the exhaust port, and replace the exhaust filter.

4. If the vacuum pump is not used for a long time, it is necessary to first drain the vacuum pump oil and add new oil. (To prevent inhalation of immersion liquid or other substances that may cause rusting and adhesion of internal parts of the vacuum pump, resulting in the inability to start normally next time)

GREWIN: It may translation mistakes,I used the translation web because too busy.

DO you mean the varnish will be pushed up to the transformer and then brought down?GREWIN: No.

 

Our transformers and trays can't rise inside the chamber, the trays should placed on the horizontal frame, then keep the inner side of groove with fill of varnish through rise and down.

 

Can you send me a photo of the chamber with the trays removed so I can understand this better?

When you mean setting the motor to 5 mm, do you mean the pressure?

GREWIN:Pls base on above explainations . we can set 5mm through motor , the transformers can't be touched because the distance can controlled well and the distance can set 0.1mm from up and down.

 

 

 

Can't do one pume for the dual machine. One pump should operate two cylinders,if one cylinder has problems, then another cylinder won't work. Our dual machine means two PLC and two different sytem which is also like two single cylinder machines.That's the advantages of ours.

the delivery time is about 10 days because we have standard machine now. Need to check and do package etc.
