Semi Automatic Toroidal Core Winder Machine

The Semi-Auto core winder for producing of step core, rectangular core, toroidal core made from grain oriented steel or non-oriented steel for small transformers, transmitters,instrument and voltage transformers, chokes and variable voltage transformers. The machine is equipped with the latest Panasonic PLC system and WEINVIEW touch screen to control the decoiler and core winder. The decoiler feeds the materials to the core winder, the material through the guider unit, tension unit, then manually take the material into the slot on the mandrel, and then the motor drive the mandrel to wind materials into core, then manually welds the end layer for the core, at last, take out the core with mandrel

together.
