MACHINE FEATURES:

The core standard parts of the machine are all imported from Japan which ensures the machine's high precision, high speed, and stable production of automatic feeding and unloading mechanism, greatly improving the production efficiency. The output of about 2000 to 3000 terminals per hour is arranged and wound in vertical and horizontal directions arbitrarily; the nozzle can be set at 0,45,90 or more angles and can complete multiple-angle winding at one time. The use of a precision tension controller provides accurate and stable tension control so that the product in the winding process is perfect.

It adopts the control system independently developed by Grewin Technology, with multi-axis linkage and output and input synchronization functions, fast and accurate winding positioning, and easy modification of various auxiliary cylinder actions. It has a password storage function for display functions such as single-use time, output, winding speed, etc. to prevent non-related personnel from modifying the program.
