1. Improper placement of the wire barrel: The bottom of the large barrel is not properly padded, and the wire is scattered on the bottom of the barrel when winding, which may also damage the barrel mouth of the outer cover. Check the bottom of the line barrel, fix it, and check if there is any problem with the barrel mouth.
2. The tension setting is unreasonable: the excessive setting of the winding machine tension is the main reason for thread breakage; the excessive setting of the hook thread tension will also lead to thread breakage. Set according to the tension comparison table after the inspection of the spring scale, and wind the wire.
3. The spring on the tension mechanism is not suitable: the copper wire will be broken when the spring force is large when winding. A suitable spring should be selected.
4. Unreasonable setting of program parameters: When winding, the acceleration is too fast, the hooking speed is too fast, and the coordination is not good, which may easily lead to disconnection. The parameters should be set to make sure they are correct.
5. The thread trimming mechanism is not good: the thread trimming is not properly clamped, and the tail thread is easily pulled off at the beginning. The thread-cutting mechanism should be adjusted reasonably.
