During the entire winding process of the winding machine, tensioning the wire on the bobbin with an appropriate force is the key to affecting the quality of the winding. The main factors are as follows:
1. Grinding torque of the rotating part of the thread shuttle;
2. Moment of inertia caused by acceleration changes of the thread shuttle (including the wire wound in the thread shuttle).
The main part of the friction torque is generated by the tension mechanism, which prevents the pay-off movement of the spool, tightens the wire, and generates winding tension.
Due to the influence of the winding torus and its deviation from the center position of the winding gear, even if the winding speed is uniform, the movement speed of the spool is small, and the inertia moment caused by acceleration will be generated, which will affect the winding tension.
