2. Before the winding machine is connected to the power supply, the insulation condition should be checked, if the insulation resistance is insufficient, it should be dried, the insulation of rotor winding should be checked, the spring pressure of carbon brush should be calibrated, and the dirt on the surface of slip ring and carbon brush should be removed.
3. Before the winding machine is used, it should be run without load to check whether the direction of rotation of the winding machine is correct. To change the direction, only switch any two-phase wiring of the winding machine. At the same time can observe the winding machine operation is normal, there is no abnormal sound or vibration, wait for all the normal, can start with a load.
