1. For the stator products within the normal range, prepare the general inner winding equipment, and make the corresponding mold according to the size and shape of the stator, and the polishing and accuracy meet the requirements. Install the mold, install the stator above the air, and clamp the stator. Pay attention to accurate positioning, no deviation, and prevent hitting the needle.

 

2. Based on the stator winding diagram, compile the corresponding winding program, or call the program directly, and start entering the debugging stage. Do not run, adjust manually, step by step to ensure that the operating path of the line mouth and needle rod is normal, and the positioning is accurate.

 

3. Try to run with a line, you can first try it manually and follow the path of the winding step by step. Observe whether the winding, the wound, the line, the degree of score, whether the scissors are correct, and whether the operation of the nozzle and the needle rod meets the requirements. If it does not meet, adjust it until it is appropriate.

 

4. Try to run automatically, slow down as much as possible, and try to go around a few laps. After no problem, you can accelerate appropriately. After the winding, do the saline test to ensure that the leakage value meets the requirements.

 

5. If there are multiple types of stator products, you can repeat the above work until the adjustment is completed, store the corresponding program, and prepare the corresponding serial number to facilitate the next use.
