Process clarification:

A, Place the tray at the feeding position of the rotating mechanism

B, The tray rotates to the spray cabinet, and the spray gun starts spraying the product until the spraying is completed

C, The tray with the product after spraying is rotated back to the feeding position and removed manually

Core coating machine: Fluidization bucket & spray gun

 

 

The fluidized powder in the fluid ization bucket will be sucked into the powder pump through the siphon function of the red conveying gas. The powder will enter the spray gun through the powder tube. The powder will be electrostatically charged at the nozzle. An electrostatic field will be generated between the nozzle and the grounded workpiece. The charged powder will be sprayed onto the surface of the workpiece and adhere to it.

 

The powder is fluidized by compressed air passing through the fluid izing plate at the bottom of the barrel, thus the powder possesses the

characteristics of a fluid. The conveying gas, auxiliary gas and purging gas are all set on the controller.
