1.Functional Features

 

• Implement threading sleeves, winding (multiple wires can be wound simultaneously), forming right angles, automatic wire arranging (for up to 6 wires), continuous insulation tape wrapping, interlayer tape application, barrier tape wrapping, alarms for folded tape sleeves, wire breakage, and tape issues.
• The start and end points shall have double wires and double sleeves, which can be terminated to any different pins (the two wires in the same sleeve cannot be separated and connected to different pins).
• It can meet the requirements of all conventional transformer sizes and complex production processes.
• The shared wire feeding structure for both thick and thin wires can be suitable for both thick and thin wire production simultaneously.
• Sleeve winding machine can be equipped with a dedicated structure for 0.06*600 strands of stranded wire, suitable for vertical and horizontal bobbin production (optional).
