Description

1.The entire machine adopts a fully enclosed structure, enhancing its aesthetic appeal and safety.

2.This machine is mainly composed of a large conveyor belt feeding mechanism, a small conveyor belt discharging mechanism, a testing and sorting mechanism, control electrical appliances and testers. Workers place the magnetic rings to be sorted onto the large conveyor belt, orienting them in the upward direction, and then send them through the conveying belt to the testing and sorting mechanism to conduct individual tests and sorting of the magnetic rings. The entire process of feeding, discharging, conveying, testing and sorting is fully automated.

3.It has strong versatility. By replacing the sorting disc, it can test and sort magnetic rings of different specifications within a specified range. The operation is simple and the adjustment is convenient.
