1.This main unit consists of a large conveyor belt feeding mechanism, a small conveyor belt discharge mechanism, a testing and sorting mechanism, control electronics, and a tester.

 

2.The magnetic cores to be tested are manually placed on the large conveyor belt. The products are then transported upwards via the conveyor belt to the testing mechanism. After testing, they are transferred to the sorting conveyor belt for sorting, allowing each magnetic ring to be tested and sorted individually.

 

3.The entire feeding, discharge, conveying, testing, and sorting process is fully automated and highly versatile. By adjusting the sidewall width, it is possible to test and sort magnetic rings of varying specifications within a specified range. Operation is simple and easy to adjust.
