Model GWA-85DM is a fully automatic machine for toroidal inductor winding, featuring automatic feeding, automatic wire feeding & cutting, automatic winding and automatic unloading. Supply compressed air,Switch on power ,Activate power supply→Return all servo motors to home position (refer to Operation Page 1)→Load Copper Wire (Loosen copper wire clamping cylinder , Thread wire ,Clamp copper wire)→Single Cycle Mode, Start→Continuous Cycle Mode, Start

 

4.Common Alarm Troubleshooting

 

Alarms Displayed on the Touch Screen Are as Follows:

Low Air Pressure or Emergency Stop Pressed Alarm

Solution: Check the air pressure valve and emergency stop button.

Material Shortage Alarm

Solution: Load materials.

 

Winding Alarm

Solutions:

① Check if the hook needle is damaged; replace it if damaged (refer to the hook needle replacement method on the next page).

② Check if copper wire is exhausted and replace the copper wire.

③ Check for missing wire winding; adjust the positions of the hook needle and winding wheel (refer to the position adjustment method for hook needle and winding wheel on the next page).

④ Inspect the sensor.

 

Abnormal Cylinder Position Alarm

Solution:

Check whether the sensor on the alarming cylinder is loose or abnormal; adjust its position until the sensor indicator light turns on. If the above operation fails to resolve the fault, replace the sensor.

 

Abnormal Motor Position Alarm

Solution:

Power off and restart the machine. If the fault persists, check whether the wiring connecting the driver is damaged or if the driver itself is faulty.

Hook Needle Replacement Procedure:

Tighten the hook needle on the fixing rod, rotate the fixing rod to turn the hook tip toward the center of the machine, then lock and secure it.

5.Equipment Maintenance & Precautions

 

A. Operators must receive professional training and thoroughly read the operation manual before operating this machine.

B. Cut off the power supply when performing machine maintenance or electrical cabinet inspection.

C. If abnormal noise occurs or an emergency arises during production, press the emergency stop button immediately.

D. The machine must be fully stopped before replacing any spare parts.

E. Keep the machine table clear of sundries while the equipment is running.

F. Do not place hands or any foreign objects near moving components during equipment operation.

G. Do not replace or modify components without official authorization.

H. Unauthorized duplication or reproduction of this equipment is prohibited. This machine is protected by patents, and our company will initiate legal proceedings against violators.

I. If the equipment cannot be restored to its original state and fails to operate normally during commissioning, contact our technical staff immediately to avoid production delays.

J. Contact our after-sales service if any components become damaged during production.

K. Mechanical failures and component damage caused by improper operation are not covered under our warranty.

L. Keep the machine away from hazards such as water and open flames during operation. It must be installed in an environment compliant with the Fire Protection Law of the People's Republic of China to ensure safe use.

I. Perform machine maintenance every half month: apply lubricating oil to moving parts including lead screws, guide rails and gears, and clean dust from the machine surface.
