Installation procedure
1. After the machine bottom frame is moved to the position, place the shelf on the iron plate of the bottom frame in the correct direction, and install the fixing screws;
2. Put down the four footing feet of the bottom frame and ensure that the four handling casters are off the ground. After leveling the machine, screw the footing.
3. Connect the single-phase 220V AC power supply to the ground cable.
4. Connect the gas pipe and check that the pressure is above 0.4Mpa-0.6Mpa (dehumidifying clean air);
5. Check the position of each part of the machine, and cut the rolling strip of the picking shaft to ensure that the picking shaft can move up and down;
Turn on the main power switch, the panel light is on, and the machine is powered on.

Operating Steps

1. Switch on the power supply, and air source, put in the magnetic ring, good both sides of the copper wire;
2. Device initialization is displayed on the touch screen. Wait.
3. After initialization, press the upper left corner of the touch screen to return to the original device. At this time, the touch screen appears to return to the original device.
4. Press the start button on the panel or click the main page to start;
5. Press the hand/self button on the panel to automatic, and the machine will start to run;
6. The cleaning mode can be used in exchange or shutdown;
7. If you stop, you can power off after the cleaning is completed.
