The GWT-800A is an up-to-date high-speed automatic winding machine for mini-type coils production on a large scale.

In order to solve down mini type core with fine wire and difficulty to operation, GWT-800A uses a new design for pay-off core automatic, pay-off wire automatic.

During production, it doesn't use manual operation. It decreases labor's strength. Meanwhile, it guarantees the quality of coils.

The user-friendly PLC software guides the operator through the programming with clear text commands.

It is easy to operate the machine.

It keeps the feature of easy operation of GWT-800A machine.

This control system uses Chinese and English versions. the guide roller uses a stepper motor driver, easy-to-adjust wire pitch, and precision control.

8. Control variable pitch, from sparse traverse to tiny traverse to get the result through programming.

9. Use a servo motor, loading wire precisely highly and speed steady. Loading and traverse speed switch steady.
