Machine Description

 

1. This machine is fully automatic and is mainly designed for the production of the following products:

 

① Suitable for traditional common mode inductors with single-strand or double-strand enameled copper wire windings.

 

② Maximum winding length within 12500mm, wire diameter between 0.6-2.5mm.

 

③ Compatible range of magnetic rings: outer diameter D18-45mm, magnetic ring height 4-25mm.

 

④ Machine production efficiency: related to factors such as the number of winding turns and wire diameter. Taking a magnetic ring T25*15*8 as an example, with a common mode inductor wire diameter of 1.2mm and 20 turns per side, the hourly production capacity is approximately 120 units.

 

2. Brief description of machine structure and characteristics:

 

① The machine uses a belt conveyor for feeding (or automatic centrifugal tray feeding). The magnetic rings are manually arranged on the belt conveyor (or directly poured onto the centrifugal tray), and the machine automatically feeds the magnetic rings; the copper wire spool is placed on the ground. The machine automatically feeds and cuts wire, automatically winds the wire, and automatically places the finished product into the finished product basket.

 

② The machine adopts a hook-type winding system. With a dual-station design, the magnetic ring winds the N1 winding at the first station, then moves to the second station to wind the N2 winding. Two products are wound simultaneously at two stations to improve production efficiency.

 

③ The machine intelligently monitors the automatic production process. In case of abnormalities, the machine will automatically stop and automatically indicate the cause of the fault.

 

④ The machine has a touchscreen interface, allowing for flexible single-step operation and modification of various parameter settings, such as the hook speed, the spacing between each turn of the winding, and the wire feeding length. It can store production parameters for multiple product models. Changeovers are convenient. For belt-type feeding, adjusting the flow channel width adapts to different product sizes; for the winding and magnetic ring-clamping stations, simply changing the magnetic ring clamps is sufficient, without complex adjustments.

 

⑤ The machine's winding and wiring process utilizes mechanical clamps to hold the magnetic ring, driven by a servo motor to rotate semi-circularly along a gear ring. This allows for precise control of each turn of the winding, resulting in smooth, aesthetically pleasing, and non-crossing wires.

 

⑥ Other parameters: Power supply: 220V; Air supply: 0.5-0.6Mpa compressed air. Power consumption: approximately 1.8Kw; Weight: approximately 450KG; Machine dimensions: 1280x1050x1900 (L x W x H, mm).

 

Equipment Installation

 

1. After disassembling the machine, check for any binding straps on the rotating parts. If present, remove them before connecting the air and power.

 

2. To ensure the machine's lifespan, the air hoses connected to the machine must carry clean, oil-free, filtered air. This ensures the longevity of the solenoid valves and cylinders.

 

3. The equipment's power socket must be grounded to prevent lightning strikes or electrical leakage.

 

4. The equipment's inlet air pressure must reach 0.6MPa.
