Product Features

 

The winding head is equipped with a 360 mm diameter shuttle (wire storage ring). It uses an openable full-tooth large gear ring drive, ensuring quick and stable opening/closing of the gear ring, low operating noise, and long service life.

 

The traverse mechanism (driving wheel) features two sets of hand-cranked rocker arm structures, with an additional front hand-operated forward/backward adjustment structure (driven wheel). This allows for quick and convenient adjustment and provides strong load-bearing capacity.

 

The main shaft drive system uses high-power, high-precision servo motors, delivering strong torque. Turn count sensing is accurate to 0.1 turns, and it features a function to reduce the number of reverse turns when stopping, ensuring absolute accuracy of the final winding count.

 

The electronic control system features a PLC + 7-inch full Chinese touch screen HMI (Human-Machine Interface).

 

Winding speed is infinitely variable from 0 to 130 RPM, supporting both automatic operation and foot pedal-controlled manual speed regulation.

 

The main base undergoes high-temperature baking paint treatment, with a stainless steel plate covering on the front. The head plate, traverse rocker arms, and other parts are electroplated (chrome-plated). The shuttle, gear ring, and main gear components are made of high-strength forged steel for durability, maintaining a neat and aesthetic appearance even after long-term use.

 

An optional pneumatic brake can be installed (user-supplied air source required), equipped with a pressure regulator. Tension adjustment is digitized, improving winding quality and stability.

 

The GWY--660B model features a wire guide mechanism for the wire storage process. When equipped with a shuttle with a larger slot width, the wire guide can automatically arrange the wire neatly in the shuttle based on the storage speed and wire diameter.
