2. Automatic tension control: when stranding, the closing tension needs to be continuously increased when the closing wire receives the full plate from the bottom of the disk, and the machine can automatically track and adjust the closing tension; The tension of the whole coil is uniform and consistent, and the machine can also adjust the tension without stopping.

3. The main engine is oil lubrication, natural circulation cooling, effectively prolonging the service life of the spindle bearing.The wire crossing system adopts a new structure, and the wire is directly crossed from the spindle guide wheel to the bow belt, minus the scratches and strand jumping caused by the failure of the corner guide wheel on the aluminum disc.

4. The machine is equipped with three pressing devices to ensure the roundness of the conductor after twisting and reduce the loss of insulating materials.
