The GWD‑S22 Double Arm Sleeve Casing Winding Machine is a high‑performance automatic coil winding solution engineered for high‑frequency transformers, power inductors and magnetic‑component bobbin winding.

 

Unlike conventional single‑arm coil winders that separate sleeve threading, winding and taping into multiple standalone stations, this double‑arm casing winding machine completes sleeve insertion, multi‑wire winding, inter‑layer insulation taping and barrier‑tape forming within one machine cycle, drastically reducing manual handling and intermediate product transfer.

 

Standard cycle time reaches only **8 seconds per winding** (subject to winding process parameters).
It supports standalone operation or modular inline production‑line combination of 2‑units,4‑units,8‑units or more, enabling flexible capacity expansion for low‑mix high‑volume manufacturing as well as multi‑variant small‑batch production.
